Are you an experienced Service Delivery Lead looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity reporting to the Head of Technology, you will manage a dedicated team of 1st and 2nd line Service Desk Analysts.

 What we're looking for: 

  Proven leadership experience in managing service desk teams

 Strong knowledge of ITIL methodology

 Excellent communication and collaboration skills

 Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

 Hands-on experience with technical support and vendor management
