This role is centred on driving business change through process improvement and technology adoption, with a strong focus on stakeholder management and change implementation. While technical skills are valuable, the ability to work with diverse stakeholders and manage change effectively is just as critical.
You will be responsible for leading projects that:

Your work will involve:
• Leading process improvement projects using best-practice methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
• Partnering with key clients to refine and enhance legal matter delivery
• Advising and supporting lawyers in deploying technology and process improvements for large, complex cases
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders to identify and develop future projects
• Ensuring new processes are effectively embedded within the firm and delivering measurable benefits
Skills & Experience Required:
• Strong emotional intelligence and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance different priorities and needs
• Proven ability to build relationships quickly and gain trust from project teams and senior stakeholders
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, structuring complex challenges, and implementing clear solutions
• A pragmatic yet strategic approach – knowing when to challenge and when to be flexible
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in engaging senior leadership
• Experience successfully leading process improvement projects in a professional services environment (ideally legal)
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
