We are looking to speak to IT Support professionals with a law firm or professional services background to join an alternative legal services firm with offices in London and regionally.
We are looking for someone skilled in troubleshooting while providing top-tier customer service. The position is hybrid but will require travel to the London or Birmingham office on occasions. You will provide 1st and 2nd line support while also assisting with setting up new users and working on ad hoc projects so we want someone with a can do attitude
