We are currently working with a leading International Law firm that are undergoing a significant transformation in IT infrastructure as they consolidate their Data Centre, Server Management, and Networking teams into a single Infrastructure Platforms team. This is an incredible opportunity for experienced professionals to join the firm at a very exciting time.
As part of the firm’s transformation, they are migrating from a VMware private cloud to Azure, and require a hands-on Infrastructure Platforms Lead to take ownership of the firms evolving hybrid environment. The ideal candidate will lead and build a high-performing team responsible for the Azure platform, workloads, switching, SD-WAN, SASE, and cloud networking layers.
The ideal hire will have the following skills and experience:
-Experience leading infrastructure, networking, or platform operations teams in an enterprise or multi-site environment.
- Broad technical expertise across networking and server/cloud infrastructure, with deep knowledge of Azure services, SD-WAN, SASE, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud networking models.
- A solid understanding of service management frameworks like ITIL or Site Reliability Engineering, along with implementing operational best practices.
- Ability to ensure the firms infrastructure is secure, performant, and well-managed while shaping processes and the team structure.
-Proven experience in the legal sector is highly desired
