I'm currently partnering with the Group CEO and CIO onboard a Head of Data & Analytics for an emerging insurance MGA who have plans to further acquire and review optimising their book of business / coverage. As a subsequence, they are looking for someone to run their data / analytics capability owning engagements they have with insurance enabling partners, internal data reporting, and spearhead ideas / integration of new generation data techniques as they continue to grow.
- Significant experience of Lloyds data & reporting, & wider KPI and performance reporting for regulatory returns.
- Experience of managing a Data Warehouse and underlying systems (UW, RI, Delegated etc), including the Data Governance framework.
- Oversee the rollout of automation tools (Alteryx/ AutoInsights/ Power Automate) and the development of the PMAL Datamart/ Power BI and the Dominion MI Reporting Mart
- Oversee the integration of system data into the Data Warehouse and underlying systems.
- Knowledge of the Actuarial and Finance reporting processes.
- Experience of team management
