We’re working with a prestigious law firm that is looking for a Business Analyst/Project manager to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong blend of business analysis, project management, and IT support skills, particularly within legal technology. The successful candidate will work closely with lawyers, paralegals, and IT teams to ensure the effective implementation and support of practice-facing systems and legal technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide hands-on support for legal applications, including iManage, SharePoint, DocuSign, and other knowledge management tools.
• Assist with technical troubleshooting, quality assurance (QA), and software packaging in collaboration with internal IT teams.
• Work closely with legal professionals to understand their technology needs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Deliver training, demonstrations, and user support to drive adoption of new tools.
• Coordinate and support technology projects, ensuring smooth implementation and stakeholder engagement.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in legal tech, knowledge management, and digital transformation.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Strong background in legal technology and experience supporting applications used in law firms or corporate legal departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, iManage, SharePoint, Acrobat, and other emerging legal tech solutions.
• Ability to analyse business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.
• Experience working with lawyers, paralegals, and administrative teams to implement technology solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience delivering presentations and training to legal professionals.
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Prior experience as a legal technologist, business analyst, knowledge management specialist, or paralegal with a keen interest in legal technology.
• A track record of successfully managing and implementing technology projects within a legal environment.
