Profiling Excellence

DVF have partnered with the Co-Chair of the Change Management Institute to develop a bespoke competency framework to ensure all of our candidates are aligned to our clients’ needs and requirements.

We strongly believe that Change is a very difficult skill set to quantify – The “DVF Profiling of Excellence Framework” is an extremely effective method to assess, maintain, and monitor the knowledge, skills, and attributes currently in your team. The framework allows you to measure current competency levels to make sure your staff members have the expertise needed to add value to the business. It also helps managers make informed decisions about talent recruitment, retention, and succession strategies. And, by identifying the specific behaviours and skills needed for each role, it enables you to budget and plan for the training and development your company really needs.
