An experienced recruiter with over six years of experience, Henry originally worked in the Power Generation & Nuclear sector before transitioning to the Insurance industry. For the past three years, he has been dedicated to delivering change and transformation initiatives, supporting leading Lloyd’s of London syndicates and major reinsurance businesses.
Henry has built a strong network and cultivated long-standing, trusted partnerships with both clients and candidates—something he deeply values. He approaches recruitment with a consultative mindset, prioritizing honesty and partnership, even when navigating difficult conversations. His expertise lies in Project and Programme Management (both business and digital), as well as Product Development.
