Charlotte brings over 15 years of recruitment experience, collaborating with global leaders and SMEs alike. Since joining DVF Recruitment and Career Legal in 2018, she has played a pivotal role in delivering compliance and payroll support to consultants, candidates, and clients.
Charlotte oversees the entire recruitment operations process, ensuring seamless support for all teams. Her proactive approach includes staying ahead of regulatory changes, such as IR35, sometimes working up to two years in advance to ensure DVF Recruitment and Career Legal is well-positioned to guide both clients and candidates.
Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys spending quality time with her daughter and family and travelling abroad when she can.
