Our ED&I statement

We embrace diversity and equality wholeheartedly. We’ve worked hard to create a community of different backgrounds skills and views. The more inclusive we are the better we are, individually and collectively. It characterises everything we do and certainly to the benefit of our clients and candidates.

ED&I at DVF Recruitment

We implement a range of practices such as internal and external awareness training sessions and events, client seminars, monitoring diversity statistics, and wellbeing surveys. We continue to work with partnering charities providing mentoring work experience schemes, CV workshops, and continue to keep up to date with current affairs.

Neurodiversity in the Workplace event

DVF Recruitment proudly hosted the ED&I event "Neurodiversity in the Workplace" at our offices. We were delighted to host HR professionals from the legal sector and invite them to engage with our guest speakers, who shared compelling insights into neurodiversity, drawing from their personal journeys and professional experiences.

The seminar, centred around ADHD, Dyspraxia, and Autism, provided a comprehensive exploration of these neurodiverse experiences, offering valuable perspectives from personal narratives and professional insights.
